About Our Location

The Lodge

With rustic 1920’s era elegance, The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is a National Historic Landmark and offers one of the most breathtaking views in the world. We are located a few feet from the Amphitheater’s rim and feature amazing hiking trails, lakes for fishing, and rock climbing, the Lodge caters to people from all walks of life. Stunning sunrises and sunsets to begin and end each day.

Climate

The climate is very moderate for most of the season which allows for all kinds of outdoor activities. With elevation around 8000 feet, there is usually a chill in the air at the beginning and end of each season.

If you really enjoy outdoor adventures, The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is perfect for you. There are several outdoor activities within walking distance and we’re located a short drive from several national parks, monuments, and landmarks.

The Lodge provides transportation for employee shopping and recreation trips on a routine basis at no cost to employees. We take trips to the multiple National and State Parks close by as well as other cultural and specialty events.

Living Arrangements & Perks

Employees may reside onsite in dormitories. Rooms and baths are shared. Meals are served in the employee dining room for all employees. Linens and bedding is available. $13.00 per day is deducted from your paycheck for room and board. A $100 room deposit is required. Some select positions offer free room and board. Please bring you own bedding, towels, personal items. We have limited supplies. Laundry facilities are free for all employees.

 

Employee discounts are offered in the Gift Shop, General Store, and Dining Room. Complimentary National Park Service Shuttle access.

Cell service at The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is available, but some locations receive better service than others. Verizon is top of the list followed by T-Mobile. AT&T and Sprint are less reliable

A small rec room is available for employees. It has 3 hard wired computers for employee use. A 55” inch big screen TV is also located in the Rec Room with Dish Network for sports, news, and the occasional movie (HBO, Cinemax). The rec room has a weight room with free weights on site.
